Return Policy

At www.alfaaz.art, our return and cancellation policies vary depending on your location and the type of item you purchased. Please review the specific guidelines for your region below.

Global Custom Artwork Exemption Please note that across all regions, custom products, commissioned artwork, and personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be canceled once production has begun, nor can they be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


North American Customers (US & Canada)

General Policy: No Returns or Exchanges For orders shipped within North America, we generally do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.

Exceptions We understand that unique situations may arise. If needed, exceptions can be made on a strict case-by-case basis. To request an exception, please contact us at alfaazartshop@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website within 14 days of receiving your item.

If an exception is granted:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the authorized item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase.

  • Return shipping costs (payment and printing of labels) are the customer's responsibility.


European Union Customers

14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order of non-custom, pre-made items within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us at alfaazartshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

(Reminder: As stated above, this 14-day cooling-off period does NOT apply to custom or personalized artwork).


General Return Procedures & Rules

How to Ship an Authorized Return Do not send items back to us without first requesting and receiving approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us safely.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at alfaazartshop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items In addition to custom and personalized goods, certain other types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your authorized return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alfaazartshop@gmail.com.
